Is the “swap” button greyed out next to some of the cryptocurrencies in your wallet?
All available trading pairs are listed in the fee policy, under the section “Exchange fee calculation by pair”. Don’t see your cryptocurrencies there?
In that case, you’ll need to withdraw them either to:
An external wallet;
Another platform that supports them.
💡 To find out which platform supports your crypto, go to Coingecko, search for your crypto, then select “Markets” above the chart.
