On Meria, you can send your cryptocurrencies to an external wallet. This includes:
Another exchange platform (e.g., Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, etc.)
A hardware wallet (Ledger, Ngrave, etc.)
A browser-based crypto wallet (Metamask, Rabby, etc.)
If you wish to withdraw your crypto in euros to your bank account, click HERE.
Here’s how to make a withdrawal:
Step 1: Log in to your Meria account and go to the “Wallet” tab.
Step 2: Click on “–” next to the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw, for example, Ethereum.
Step 3: Enter the amount and select the network for the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw.
⚠️ The withdrawal networks supported by Meria depend on each cryptocurrency and are listed in the fee policy under the “Deposit and withdrawal fees and limits” section.
Make sure to use the correct network when sending your funds; otherwise, they may be lost.
Step 4: Confirm by clicking on “Select my address”.
Step 5: Enter your address, then confirm.
💡 Withdrawals can be cancelled as long as they have not yet been executed.
💡 Up to 5 withdrawals are allowed per 24-hour period.
Are your funds taking too long to arrive?
In most cases, withdrawals are processed within a few minutes up to 48 hours.
However, for compliance reasons, some withdrawals may take longer.

The date of your withdrawal request
The cryptocurrency and the amount withdrawn
