Lost access to your 2FA? Here's what to do:
Step 1:
Log in to your Meria account:
https://www.meria.com/login
using your username and password.
Step 2:
On the 2FA (two-factor authentication) page, click on
“I’ve lost my 2FA”
Step 3:
Two codes will be sent to you by SMS and email to disable it.
You will then be able to log in, update your phone number, and re-enable 2FA.
⚠️ For security reasons, this procedure can only be performed once every 15 minutes.
Not receiving the codes?
If you believe you have not received one of the two codes, there may be several reasons:
👉 By email: check your Spam or Junk folder.
👉 By SMS: the SMS code may take a bit longer to arrive. Please wait a few minutes before requesting a new one.
👉 No longer have access to your phone number or email address?
Contact us via the chat bubble at the bottom right of your screen. We will guide you through the process to manually unlock your account.
