Depending on the document, different reasons may lead to a rejection:
Your ID document may be rejected if:
It has expired;
It was issued by a country where we are not allowed to provide services;
The photo on the document does not allow us to verify it (blurry, poor quality, cropped, etc.).
Your proof of address may be rejected if:
It is more than 3 months old;
It is not in PDF format;
It is not in your name;
It is not one of the documents we accept.
Your proof of source of funds may be rejected if:
It is more than 3 months old;
It is not in PDF format;
It is not in your name;
It is not one of the documents we accept.
Therefore, we encourage you to resubmit your document, making sure that all the conditions are met.
