Withdrawal lock

Hello 👋

To secure your account, you can now enable a lock on all withdrawals (bank transfers and on-chain withdrawals) for a predefined period. This only affects withdrawals; all other operations remain available.

Here's our tutorial:

Step 1: Go to your Dashboard on the “Account security” page
[https://dashboard.meria.com/account/security] :

Step 2: Click on “Enable”:

Step 3: A window will open. Select the lock period from:

  • 1 week

  • 2 weeks

  • 1 month

  • 3 months

⚠️ This action is irreversible until the end of the selected period. Our customer support cannot shorten or disable the lock.

Step 4: Check the confirmation box, then click “Confirm”.

🎉 Your withdrawals are now temporarily locked on your account.

Do I still have access to my account during the lock?

Yes. Only bank withdrawals and on-chain withdrawals are disabled.

Your dashboard remains accessible, and features such as deposits, exchanges, staking, and viewing your transaction history are still available.

Can I cancel a lock before the end of the period?

For security reasons, it is not possible to modify the period or cancel the lock. The same applies to our customer support.

Can I set a lock for an indefinite period?

No. Unlocking is automatic, so the period must be defined in advance.

However, if you have a specific situation requiring an extended lock, contact our customer support
[https://www.meria.com/contact] : we can lock your withdrawals manually.

👉 Note that an identity verification will be required for manual unlocking.

Is it possible to fully block access to my account?

In case of suspicious activity, account access can be fully restricted. We have an article about this:
https://help-center.meria.com/article/1038-mon-compte-est-bloque-pour-activite-suspecte-comment-le-recuperer

Our customer support can also block your account for you. This will make your account temporarily unusable. Unlocking can only be done by our support team.

👉 Note that an identity verification will be required for manual unlocking.
