Here are the documents required to complete a KYC (identity verification):
1. Standard verification:
A valid identity document from the following:
National ID card
Passport
Residence permit
❌ Driver’s license is not accepted.
2. Advanced verification:
A proof of address (dated within the last 3 months; in PDF format) from the following:
Water bill
Electricity bill
Gas bill
Landline/internet bill
❌ Mobile phone bills are not accepted.
❌ Screenshots are not accepted.
If you are hosted by a third party or do not have a document in your name, please provide:
A proof of address in the host’s name (water, electricity, gas, or landline/internet bill)
A valid identity document of the host (driver’s licenses are not accepted)
A dated and signed accommodation certificate from the host
A proof of source of funds from the following:
Your last 3 bank statements (covering the past 3 months)
Or all pages of your latest tax assessment (issued in 2025 for 2024 income), which must not be declarative
Or your last 3 payslips
❌ Screenshots are not accepted; the document must be in PDF format.
