To purchase cryptocurrencies, you can deposit euros into your Meria account from your bank account via a bank transfer.
To ensure the funds are properly credited to your Meria account, please follow these steps carefully:
Step 1: create a transfer request on your meria account
⚠️ A transfer request must be created for each transfer. A transfer made without a corresponding request may not be credited to your account.
⚠️ Make sure to send the transfer from a personal bank account in the same name as your Meria account.
Go to the “Wallet” page in your Dashboard, then click on “Deposit” in the euro balance section:
A window will open: select “Euro transfer”; enter the amount (minimum €100); click “Next”.
Meria’s bank details and the information required to complete the transfer will be displayed on the next page—do not close it.
Step 2: send the transfer from your bank account
Log in to your bank account and initiate a new transfer.
Note: the transfer must be sent from a bank account in the same name as your Meria account. Joint accounts are not accepted.
Fill in the transfer details using the information displayed on your dashboard (see screenshot above).

Step 3: funds credited to your meria account
💡 The funds will be credited to your Meria account as soon as possible after your transfer is received and will appear on the “Wallet” page.
To place an order with the transferred funds, build your basket for an amount less than or equal to the amount transferred, then select “bank transfer” as the payment method.
Reminder: to ensure your transfer is properly credited, make sure to:
Create a transfer request for each transfer;
Include the transfer reference in the description/communication field;
Use a bank account in the same name as your Meria account (not a joint account);
Send the exact amount specified in your transfer request.
Why hasn’t my transfer been credited?
There may be several reasons:
No transfer request was created: if you send a transfer without creating a request beforehand, we may not be able to credit it automatically.
👉 If this is your case, contact us and provide the transfer receipt issued by your bank.
We have not yet received your transfer: transfers are usually credited instantly, but delays can occur depending on banking processing times.
👉 If your transfer has not been credited after 24 hours, contact us and provide the transfer receipt issued by your bank.
Missing or incorrect information: most often, the reference number was not included. If so, contact us with your transfer receipt.
The bank account is not in your name or is a joint account: in this case, the transfer will not be credited and will be returned to the sender’s IBAN.
👉 If this applies to you, contact us and provide your transfer receipt.
Your transfer request was cancelled on your Meria account: each request is automatically cancelled after a few days if the corresponding transfer is not received.
