This article covers everything you need to know about interest earned through
staking on Meria.
1/ WHAT IS APR AND HOW IS IT CALCULATED?
APR (Annual Percentage Rate) corresponds to the gross annualized interest rate.
This indicator is an estimate of the rewards you can earn over one year.
⚠️ APR applies to the quantity of crypto assets in the staking contract, not to
the amount invested in euros.
Example: You buy 100 POL on 01/01/2025, with an APR of 5%. If it remains fixed
throughout the year, by 01/01/2026, your investment will have generated 5 POL in
interest.
2/ HOW TO ENABLE STAKING COMPOUND INTEREST?
The “compound interest” function allows you to automatically reinvest the
interest earned into your staking contract. Here is how to enable it:
Step 1: Go to your Dashboard and click on the “Investments” tab in the left menu.
Step 2: Once on this page, select the relevant asset and click on the “Compound Interest” button.
💡 Only ETH and Ta-da cryptocurrencies do not allow compound interest to be
enabled.
🔄 However, it is still possible to manually reinvest the interest generated by
your staking. To do so, go to this page
[https://dashboard.meria.com/investments], select the relevant asset and click
on “Claim” to claim the rewards; they will then be credited to your wallet.
Then click on “Reinvest”.
3/ HOW TO VIEW INTEREST GENERATED BY STAKING?
1️⃣ You have enabled the “Compound Interest” feature?
Here is how to view the interest generated by staking:
Go to your account;
Then go to the Staking tab;
Select the three small dots at the top right of your staking contract;
Click on “My earnings history”
👉 You will then see the details of the interest generated by staking and
automatically reinvested each day.
2️⃣ You have NOT enabled the “Compound Interest” feature?
Here is how to view the interest generated by staking:
Go to your account;
Then go to the Staking tab;
Select the three small dots at the top right of your staking contract;
Click on “My earnings history”
👉 You will then see the details of the interest generated by staking.
4/ HOW DO I WITHDRAW MY STAKING INTEREST?
Staking interest is credited every minute in crypto assets, directly to your
Meria customer account.
1️⃣ If you have enabled compound interest, it is automatically reinvested
into staking 🔄
2️⃣ If you have not enabled compound interest, you simply need to “claim”
the rewards from the associated staking contract, available from your dashboard
