Complete my verification (KYC)

Here are the steps to complete your advanced KYC from the mobile app:  

1. Go to your account at the top right,

2. Click on “Verify my identity”,

3. Click on “Continue account verification”,

4. Click on the menu at the top left,

5. Then on Proof of address and Proof of source of funds to upload your documents*,

6. Confirm by clicking on “Finish verification”.

👉 The verification of your documents may take up to 72 hours.

*Proof of funds from the following documents:

• Your latest income tax notice,

• Your last 3 payslips,

• Your last 3 bank account statements
